Job Position: Recruitment Consultant

Qualifications / Requirements:

 

  • Suitable candidate needs to have a stable work record (no job hoppers will be considered!)
  • Successful and proven work experience, gained as a Recruitment Consultant, is essential
  • Individual needs to be well spoken and presented and have excellent communication and negotiating skills, coupled with good written grammar and spelling
  • Strong work ethics, passion and cast iron integrity are not negotiable
  • An excellent eye for attention to detail, ability to pick up any discrepancies and strong follow up and investigative skills, required
  • Candidate needs to be resilient, confident, assertive, determined, self driven, highly motivated and thorough
  • No high maintenance types or drama types will be considered
  • In-depth checks and tests will be processed, hence, those who utilize sick leave, for long week ends, would not fit into the environment
