Job Position: Personal Assistant to Technical Manager

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Maintain a neat and tidy reception area
  • Manage a busy switchboard
  • Screening of calls, taking of messages or transferring of calls
  • Handle telephone calls courteously and with etiquette
  • Display a professional image and dress code
  • Understand and effectively employ skills to enhance audibility, enunciation and voice modulation
  • Accurate processing and relaying of messages
  • Keeping call register up to date
  • Logging calls when phones are faulty / referring to the correct person
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and parcels accordingly
  • Ensure parcels are handed to security at the end of each day
  • Arrange courier services as required
