My career in Recruitment started in 1988 with an international Consultancy and I was most fortunate to discover my passion and talent in this exciting and ever changing field of business service.

Five years on in my career, I was approached to join On Line Personnel as a Partner and later went on to buy out my Co-Partner, to become the sole Owner.

It is my firm belief that our cast iron integrity and business ethics, coupled with the ability to understand our client's specialised recruitment and business requirements, along with the fact that we partner our clients as Brand Ambassadors, is one of the many reasons for our resounding success.

Our team regularly attend training seminars and courses to remain abreast of global trends, changes and the latest Recruitment developments and systems.

All my staff (most of whom have been part of my team for numerous years), have all been carefully appointed, based on their passion for our industry and the ability to exceed our client's expectations in service and delivery!

The one and only time that I entered the prestigious national competition of "APSO Consultant of the Year", I was nominated one of South Africa's top five Consultants in South Africa in the "experienced Recruitment" division!

Edwin Roos - Recruitment Consultant 

My experience as a Consultant lies predominantly in the field of Training and Skills Development, which I firmly believe compliments and supports the exciting field, of the Recruitment industry.

My love for the recruiting industry started while I was pursuing and completing my Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology.
After graduating, I started out consulting where I was able to cultivate a unique set of skills that have allowed me to engage meaningfully with people and to help them determine what they are striving for and how best to devise strategies for achieving their goals.


I am passionate about service delivery, meeting high standards of quality and efficient communication.
As a team member of On Line Personnel, I aim to uphold our philosophy regarding excellence and to keep improving my skill set to ensure that I evolve and continuously provide the best possible solutions for any recruitment and related needs.
I am driven to always put my best foot forward and give any objective my all and to keep honing every tool at my disposal, until I achieve the best results.

Carmen Welsh - Psychometric Testing and Assessments

My HR Consulting journey started in 2004, when I joined an International Consultancy.
It was here that I quickly discovered my passion for working with and through people and I was at my happiest when I was
able to empower my clients to recruit, retain and develop the right people for their businesses.

I was also fortunate enough to experience and obtain invaluable training in most psychometric tools i.e. behaviour, cognitive,
emotional intelligence and various other tools.

In July 2016, I made the bold move to venture out on my own and consult in my own capacity, whereby I also became a proud Principal Partner for PDA International.
I am now proud to be handling the psychometric testing and assessments for On Line Personnel, whereby we are able to assist clients in value added services.

I have built up a very strong HR Consulting foundation over the years and coupled with honesty, integrity and my work ethic,
I believe that this has made me very successful in maintaining strong, trustworthy business relationships with my colleagues and my clients.

   
Faye Eck - Bookkeeper

My career with On Line Personnel began in April 2001, initially starting as Claire's Personal Assistant wherein I gained a great deal of experience in the recruitment field. In May 2001, I wrote the IPSC (Institute of Personnel Services Consultants) Examination, to enable me to provide our clients with a more competent and professional service.

Having had exposure to all aspects of the recruitment industry, I was transferred to the accounts department in January 2008. In this area I cover the full financial function of our company, confidently liaising closely with our clients with regard to quotations, invoicing, payments and recruitment advice.

We strictly comply with all aspects of SARS and Labour Relations Regulations reporting systems.

At On Line Personnel, we work closely as a team and I could not have wished for a better career choice!

Demi Kelly - Office Co-ordinator 

In May 2012, I joined On Line Personnel. As a front line representative of On Line Personnel, I pride myself on my ability to liaise with individuals at all levels, in a professional and friendly manner.

Being conscientious and service orientated in everything I do, it is my aim to provide the best service levels at all times, while paying special attention to details and meeting my strict deadlines.

It is a great privilege and feeling, knowing that the work we deliver as a Team, helps so many people in securing the right career opportunities, while adding such value to our clients we recruit for.

Grace Sandi - Office Support

My career with On Line Personnel started in October 2008, in a Development position wherein I have been taught various admin and office support skills, which have helped me to grow as an individual and equip me to understand the value of "service excellence".  Realising the importance of "first impressions" I am responsible for ensuring that the appearance of the Reception, Interview and Communication rooms are well maintained, correctly stocked and ensure that a professional image is maintained at all times.

Besides valuing my stable environment, I enjoy the people I work with and the team spirit.
